Dear patients,
Following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the rest of the health authorities, we will restart FACIFEM’s healthcare activity on Monday May 11, with many preventing measures.
We will again make available to patients assessment and review consultations. We will also resume the scheduling of surgeries, giving priority to patients who had planned interventions before the declaration of the State of Alarm due to Covid-19.
To guarantee the health of our patients, we have established a safety protocol with the following prevention measures:
• Disinfection before each consultation.
• Use of masks for all personnel.
• Limitation of the capacity of the waiting room to guarantee the safety distance between patients.
• Space between consultations to allow individualized assistance.
In addition, we encourage patients interested in receiving a first evaluation to arrange an online consultation. In this way we reduce transfers to the clinic, prioritizing the prevention of contagion.
